TITLE 15. CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 201. CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC DECENCY AND GOOD MORALS PANDERING, PROSTITUTION AND DISORDERLY HOUSES 201.354 Engaging in prostitution or solicitation for prostitution: Penalty; exception. 1. It is unlawful for any person to engage in prostitution or solicitation therefor, except in a licensed house of prostitution. 2. Any person who violates subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Solicitation for prostitution (see NRS 201.354) is general intent crime and is committed if person offers, agrees or arranges to provide sexual conduct for fee. State is not required to prove that person intended actually to engage in sexual conduct for fee. Return to FAQ |
